KOREAN FLANK STEAK
 

1 pkg. flank steak, tenderized
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
Chopped green onions

SAUCE:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 x 1 inch ginger root, grated

Marinate meat in sauce 15 minutes. Cut into 3 x 3 inch squares, dip into egg, coat flour, then fry in oil.
