1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed & cut into 3x4" pieces 3 tbsp. sesame seeds 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. ginger 2 tbsp. brown sugar Marinate above mixture for 1 hour. Broil meat on low for 4 minutes. Turn, broil on other side for 3 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks. |
