STROMBOLI

1 loaf Rich's frozen bread dough
1 beaten egg
Boiled ham (at least 1/4 lb. sliced thin)
Provolone cheese (at least 1/4 lb. sliced thin)
Large slicing pepperoni (1/4 lb. is plenty, sliced thin)
Mozzarella cheese (about 1/2 lb. either shredded or sliced thin)

Let bread dough thaw but not rise (about 4 hours). Roll out on floured board or table evenly not too thin in any one part this will be difficult at first but keep at it, to a rectangle about the size of a lasagna pan bottom or so. Beat egg and brush some on dough. Layer rest of ingredients evenly over whole rectangle. Cool like jelly roll lengthwise.

Make sure all meat and cheese is covered. Squeeze ends together so cheese doesn't run out, place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush top with rest of egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, if you want to freeze or 40 to 45 minutes (let sit 5 minutes for easier cutting). If you make ahead and freeze let thaw and reheat in foil at 350 degrees until center is hot. Makes 1 roll.
