1 dozen eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg Salt and pepper 12 slices bacon, sausage, or ham, cooked 1 c. sour cream Combine eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Beat and scramble to moist stage. Cook ham, bacon, or sausage. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan eggs, sour cream, and meat. Cover with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
