BAKED SCRAMBLED EGGS
 

20 eggs, beat and scramble to moist stage
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Grease and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer moist scrambled eggs, sausage, sour cream and sharp Cheddar cheese. Cover dish and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8-10.
