PANSIT
 

2 pkgs. bihon (rice sticks)
1/2 lb. string beans
2 med. sized carrots
1 sm. napa cabbage
2 lbs. pork or 2 lbs. shredded boiled chicken
Soy sauce
MSG
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. water

1. Soak rice sticks in cold water.

2. Slice meat in small strips.

3. Do the same with vegetables.

4. Saute garlic, meat and vegetables.

5. Put soy sauce and MSG to taste.
