1 can tomato soup 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 onion, sliced 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chopped meat, beef or veal 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, optional Garlic powder to taste, optional Onion powder to taste, optional 1 egg Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan and simmer until saucy. Season meat with optional ingredients if desired and drop into sauce. Cook 1 hour. Delicious over rice or use small size meatballer and use as hors d'oeures. Freezes well. |
