1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat and 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp OR 2 (6 1/2 oz. cans tuna, drained 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 can Chinese noodles 2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Combine fish and mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, pimento, worcestershire sauce and salt. Place in 1 quart casserole or 4 individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Squeeze a little lime juice on top. I've had this recipe from Kraft since we were first married 27 years ago. |
