PAPRIKA CREAM SCHNITZEL
 

4 slices bacon, cut in sm. pieces
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. veal (pork) steak
1 tbsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Wide noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper

In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Add veal, cut into bite size pieces, and brown in the bacon fat. Add onion and brown. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in sour cream and then tomato sauce. Add cooked noodles or serve as a sauce over noodles. Serves 6.
