6 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. sliced green pepper
1/3 c. salt and water
1 c. white vinegar
1-2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
Put sliced cucumber, onion and peppers in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and cover with water. Let sit overnight.
In morning, drain well. Mix with brine and pack into containers. Freeze.
