STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT
 

BOTTOM LAYER:

2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar

THIRD LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. boiling water

Mix the bottom layer and put into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Blend the cheese and sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip, spread on cooked, cooled crust.

Dissolve Jello and stir in frozen strawberries. When partially set, pour over second layer and refrigerate. Spoon Cool Whip on top, if desired. Decorate with whole berries.
