Use a 13 x 9 inch pan. 1ST LAYER: 2 c. crushed pretzels 3 tbsp. sugar 1 c. melted butter Pat into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. 2ND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed 1 c. sugar Mix and spread over cooled crust. 3RD LAYER: 1 lg. box strawberry Jello 1 c. hot water to dissolve Jello Add: Stir until melted. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until firm. Other flavors of Jello and fruit could be used, if desired. |
