1ST LAYER: 2 c. crushed pretzels 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted Mix and put in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. 2ND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip Mix together and pour over 1st Layer. 3RD LAYER: 2 c. pineapple juice 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries, thawed Heat the pineapple juice to dissolve Jello, add strawberries. Cool before putting on top of 2nd layer. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or overnight before serving. |
