EMPANADA
 

Bread dough for one loaf
1 green pepper, chopped
3 c. beef or pork roast, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)

Divide dough in half. Spread one half in bottom of greased 13 x 9 pan. In food processor shred the cooked meat. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper. Add tomato sauce and beef. Spread on dough evenly. Roll out remaining half of dough to fit over filling. Seal edges. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until dough is done and golden brown. Serve hot. Also good cold.
