ELIZABETH'S ARTICHOKE DIP
 

2 cans artichokes (not marinated)
2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
8 oz. Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Cut artichokes into chunks. Be sure to drain water first. Press or chop garlic finely. Add to artichokes. Mix cheese and mayonnaise together and add to artichokes and garlic. Put dip into quiche plate or Corningware and microwave until hot. Serve with crackers on the side.
