2 lg. strawberry Jello
2 boxes quick thaw strawberries, unthawed
3 c. vanilla ice cream
4 c. boiling water

Dissolve one box of Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen berries to Jello mixture. Pour into bundt pan or large Jello mold. Chill until thickened but not set.

Dissolve one box of Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Stir in ice cream until blended. Spoon ice cream mixture carefully on top of strawberry mixture in pan or mold. Let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Dip into lukewarm water to unmold.
