1/4 c. butter 1 clove garlic, minced 12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper Place butter and garlic in 2 quart microwave casserole. Microwave at High 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts and garlic browns; stir after half the time. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir to coat. Cover dish with wax paper. Microwave at High 3-5 minutes, or until desired doneness, stirring after half the cooking time. Serve with steak or hamburgers. Serves 4. |
