SPICY CRANBERRY - ORANGE MOLD
 

1 bag fresh cranberries
2 sm. pkg. or 1 lg. pkg. orange or lemon flavor gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 orange, sectioned & diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, almonds or celery

Finely chop cranberries in food processor; mix with sugar and set aside. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until thickened. Fold in the cranberries, orange and nuts. Spoon into 5 cup mold which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Chill until firm (about 4 hours). Unmold.

Or use 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce omitting sugar and reduce cold water to 1/2 cup.
