FINGER JELLO RECIPE
 

3 sm. pkgs. Jello, any flavor
3 c. boiling water
4 env. unflavored gelatin, softened in 1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve flavored Jello in hot water, add the softened gelatin and lemon juice. Stir until dissolved Pour into cold cut keeper and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares, strips, or fancy shapes with cookie cutters. This Jello does not melt and can be packed in children's lunches.
