3 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. jar Smuckers caramel ice cream topping
1-2 tbsp. sour cream
Granny Smith apples, cut in slices

Mix all together, adding only 1 tablespoon of sour cream, then taste. Add additional sour cream, if necessary. Delicious!
