4 oz. noodles 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. minced onion 1 c. sour cream 2 c. leftover ham, cubed or 1" slivers 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole Cook noodles. In bowl, blend soup and milk. Add onion and sour cream. In casserole layer half the noodles, then ham, then sauce. Repeat. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6. |
