1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. German chocolate squares
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease and flour pan. Mix together and pour into 13"x9" pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

1 stick butter, soft
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and frost cooled cake.
