1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 (2 layer size) pkg. chocolate cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream Toss the chocolate chips and the pecans in one tablespoon of the dry cake mix. Beat the remaining cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla, dry pudding mix and sour cream together 3 minutes, then fold in the chips and pecans. Pour into a greased, floured bundt or tube pan and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake tests clean. Makes 10 servings. |
