Bake chocolate cake mix according to directions, in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Punch holes in baked cake (while hot), then pour 1 can of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk over the cake. When cool, spread 1 jar of chocolate fudge topping and 1 jar of butterscotch topping on top of the cake. Frost with Cool Whip and garnish with crushed Heath bars or chopped nuts. Refrigerate. This is sinfully good!!
