CHOCOLATE CAKE ECLAIRS
 

2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk (mix above)
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Pour half over first layer of whole graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding mix. Then another layer of graham crackers (whole). Three layers crackers, 2 layers pudding.

Mix together following: 1 tbsp. white Karo syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. softened butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Spread on last layer of graham cracker. Make day before and let set overnight (9 x 13 inch glass pan).
