TERRY'S PIZZA CRUST
 

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. dried yeast

Put flour and salt in a warm bowl. Put yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix water solution and oil to dough. Knead 10 minutes; place in oiled bowl in warm place until dough doubled in size. Spread in pan and pat with oil before topping.
