1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter (save some for top) 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. corn flake crumbs Paprika In large bowl add all ingredients except crumbs, pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan, top with crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
