12 pair frog legs Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. white wine Juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemons 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Season frog legs with salt and pepper. Saute in butter until brown. Add green onions and mushrooms. Simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice. Simmer 5 minutes more. Just before serving, sprinkle parsley over frog legs. Serves 6 to 8. |
