Bread crumbs, Italian or plain 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk Boneless pork or veal Sliced cheese, your preference butter 1 packet gravy mix (Knorr's mushroom); optional Beat pork/veal with mallet until thin. Coat with egg/milk mixture. Dredge with bread crumbs. Fry in butter in skillet until golden brown. Place in warmed oven on platter and top with cheese slices. Mix 1 packet gravy mix. Heat and serve over Schnitzel. |
