CHIMICHANGAS
 

2 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
2/3 c. Pace Picante sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground cummin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
10 flour tortillas
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheese

Combine hamburger, Pace, onions, cumin and oregano. Cook until liquid has evaporated. Brush one side of tortilla with butter. Spoon hamburger mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese on tortilla with butter side out. Fold and bake on cookie sheet at 475 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
