CHILI BEANS
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes, mashed
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz.) chili hot beans
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans
3 or 4 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and chili powder. Brown ground beef and onion in fry pan; drain off excess grease. Pour meat into saucepan; add salt and pepper, to taste.

Cook over slow heat 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve alone or over rice.
