CHILI BURRITOS
 

CHILI:

2 cans red kidney beans
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid crab boil
2 lbs. ground meat

Brown ground meat. Drain excess grease. Then add onion, bell pepper, salt, and crab boil. Cook about 10 minutes, then add tomato sauce and kidney beans. Then simmer while preparing burrito mixture.

BURRITO:

Flour tortillas
12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk

Take one tortilla at a time, put one spoon chili, sprinkle Cheddar cheese and roll. Place in baking dish. After rolling all tortillas. Mix sauce using tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, milk and leftover chili. Spoon this sauce over the tortillas and top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
