HOT BROWNS

Great for leftover ham and turkey during the holiday season.

8 pieces of toasted bread
8 slices baked ham
8 slices turkey
16 cooked slices bacon
1 can of Cheddar cheese soup, mixed with one can of milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook the soup and milk on top of the stove while you are preparing the rest of the hot browns - in a shallow baking pan layer the toast in a single layer - top each piece of toast with one piece of ham and one piece of turkey and sprinkle lightly with the shredded cheese - pour the soup over the top of each hot brown and place two pieces of bacon in an X on top of each hot brown and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until shredded cheese is melted.
