HAMBURGER STROGANOFF
 

1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. fresh or 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Hot boiled noodles

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt (optional), pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through.

Serve over noodles; sprinkle with parsley.
