1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 5 well beaten eggs 1 lb. glazed pineapples 1 lb. glazed cherries 1 qt. pecans 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. lemon extract 1 tbsp. vanilla Mix first 3 ingredients. Sift 1 1/2 cups flour and baking soda. Combine butter and egg with flour mixture; add lemon and vanilla. Mix well. Add chopped pineapple, cherries, pecans, and 1/4 cup flour. Mix and pour into paper lined pan. Place in cold oven to bake 3 hours at 250 degrees. Gas oven, 170 degrees. |
