1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate 6 oz. light rum (3/4 c.) 2 very ripe bananas, or 1 pt. ripe strawberries, or 1 1/2 to 2 c. peeled and sliced peaches 10-15 ice cubes In blender container, pour limeade concentrate and rum; blend 5 seconds. Add fruit slowly and blend until pureed. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until mixture reaches desired slushiness and dilution. Freeze. Makes 6-8. About 175 calories per six, 135 calories per 8. |
