1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix 1 can fruit cocktail, drained (save juice) 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 c. chopped nuts Add enough pineapple juice to the fruit cocktail juice to make 1 cup. Mix juices with pudding mix and heat until thick. Add fruit and marshmallows, nuts, and Cool Whip to pudding mixture and toss all together. Chill. |
