LOW CHOLESTEROL FRENCH TOAST

6 slices wheat bread
1 carton egg scramblers
4 tbsp. skim milk
1 dash vanilla
1 pinch nutmeg
butter
Aunt Jemima's butter lite syrup
Strawberries

1. Mix the egg scramblers, milk, vanilla and nutmeg in a bowl.

2. Soak the bread in the mixture and grill on griddle with butter. The egg substitute doesn't brown as nicely as full eggs, but with practice can be made to look very good.

3. Zap 1/2 to 1/3 cup of the butter lite syrup for about 30 seconds in the microwave.

4. Sprinkle strawberries on the toast, pour on the syrup. You'll like it!
