15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pie crust 1 tsp. flour FILLING: 1 c. half & half or milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4-1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. cubed cooked ham 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) 100% Kraft shredded Swiss or shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. fresh broccoli florets, blanched & well drained 1 tbsp. chopped onion Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust to box directions. In medium bowl combine eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust lined pan. Pour egg mixture over ham cheese and broccoli. Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted pulls out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. |
