CHINESE GREEN BEANS
 

1 qt. green beans (cut 1 to 2 inch pieces)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
8 1/2 oz.) can drained, sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 oz. canned chopped drained pimento
3/4 c. chow mein noodles

Blanch, drain and cool green beans. Line 2 quart dish with foil and place in freezer. Remove foil, place in casserole. Combine celery soup, mushrooms, water chestnuts, soy sauce and pimentos. Stir. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
