SALMON LOAF
 

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can salmon
1 c. crushed crackers
1/2 c. milk (more if needed)
1 chopped onion or pkg. onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients, form a loaf. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cook 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
