1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Beat eggs and milk together; stir in sausage mixture and cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until filling is set. This freezes well. |
