16 c. tomatoes 12 c. onions, chopped 1/4 c. cayenne pepper (or less) 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers 2 c. bell pepper 1/4 c. canning salt 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. white vinegar
Chop and combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour. Yields 12 pints.
