2 egg yolks 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. horseradish Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of sugar 1/4 c. minced scallions (garnish) Whisk egg yolks into sour cream. Add other ingredients. Heat very slowly over a double boiler, whisking periodically 8-10 minutes. This recipe nicely covers 4 servings of baked fish, baked potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
