3 c. butter 3 c. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. seasoning 3/4 tsp. pepper 3 tsp. salt 3 c. celery, chopped 2 lbs. sausage (pork) 3 (1 1/2 lb.) loaves dried bread, cubed Liquid from cooking giblets Cook butter, onion, seasoning, pepper, salt, celery for 15 minutes, add this to the sausage that has been fried until brown; drain. Stir into cubed bread, add liquid from giblets and extra water if needed. |
