Prepare mousse according to package. Using a glass trifle bowl or anything you can see through - leave brownies in pan and layer everything on top in following order:
Mousse, sprinkle Heath bars over this, Cool Whip, repeat - topping with Cool Whip and Heath bars. Refrigerate until serving time.
