2 sm. lime Jello 3 oz. cream cheese 1 c. canned pears 1 c. Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 1 cup of pear juice. In blender put dissolved Jello, cream cheese and pears. Blend for 20 seconds or until well blended. Refrigerate until starting to set, then add Cool Whip and beat until smooth. Pour into Jello mold and refrigerate until set. |
