1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. crispy rice cereal
Chocolate frosting

Combine powdered sugar and butter in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and cereal mixing with hands if needed. Shape dough into 1 1/2 x 1 inch logs. Chill 1 hour. Spread top of cookies with chocolate frosting. Makes 7 dozen.
