1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 can pitted black cherries, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool until like syrup. Prepare the Dream Whip as directed but do not add the vanilla. Stir gelatin until slightly thickened, then beat with beater until fluffy and thick and doubled in volume. Blend Dream Whip into gelatin. Fold in cherries and sliced bananas. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
