BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE DESSERT
 

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
2 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten to blend
1 (20 oz.) can blueberry pie filling mix

Butter 9"x13" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass). Mix crumbs, powdered sugar and melted butter. Press into pan. Mix granulated sugar, cream cheese, egg and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth (about 3 minutes on High with mixer). Add walnuts or pecans, if desired. Spread mixture over crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Thoroughly cool. After cool, spread pie filling over the top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and cool overnight.
